Terms & Conditions — Topan33 Platform User Agreement

To register and maintain an account on topan33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Topan33 enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gambling-related activities on this platform, consistent with internationally recognised responsible gaming standards.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual natural person acting on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law ("Prohibited Jurisdiction").
• You do not hold any employment, consulting, contractor, or directorship role with topan33 or any of its affiliated entities, game studio partners, or payment processing providers.
• You are not suffering from, or being treated for, a gambling-related disorder or addiction that would make your participation on this platform contrary to professional advice you have received.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from topan33 or had an account terminated for violation of these Terms, unless topan33 has expressly approved the re-opening of an account in writing.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Each individual may register one (1) account only on the topan33 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different usernames, email addresses, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of these details change. Topan33 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify topan33 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Topan33 will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.

• Do not share your password with any third party under any circumstances.
• Do not use the same password across multiple online platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available for additional account protection.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.

Topan33 reserves the right to decline any registration application or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects the provision of false information, where eligibility requirements are not met, or where the platform determines that accepting the account would create regulatory, reputational, or operational risk.

Topan33 supports a range of Malaysian-preferred payment methods for account funding, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, as well as cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB. All fiat deposits are denominated and processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

The minimum deposit amount is RM 50 per transaction, subject to change at topan33's discretion with prior notice. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by the platform, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

• All deposit methods must be owned and controlled by the registered account holder. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are typically credited to your topan33 account within seconds for e-wallets and DuitNow, and within one business day for manual bank transfers.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon the required number of network confirmations, which may vary by coin and network conditions.
• Topan33 does not charge transaction fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own fees, for which topan33 accepts no liability.
• Deposits made using fraudulent, stolen, or disputed payment instruments will result in immediate account suspension, fund forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities.

Withdrawal of real money funds from your topan33 account is subject to the following conditions being fully met prior to processing:

• Your account has completed KYC verification, including submission and approval of a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of residential address.
• All applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus funds have been fully satisfied.
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum withdrawal threshold ofRM 50.
• Your account is in good standing with no active investigations, disputes, or compliance holds.
• The withdrawal method matches the deposit method used for the corresponding funds, where applicable under anti-money laundering obligations.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows, subject to KYC and compliance clearance: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) — typically5 to 30 minutes; bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) — up to one business day; cryptocurrency withdrawals — 15 to 60 minutes subject to network conditions.

Topan33 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for any withdrawal request, particularly for amounts exceeding defined internal thresholds, as part of its AML compliance obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within14 calendar days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and funds returned to the account balance.

Topan33 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, free spins, referal bonuses, and VIP tier rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to the general provisions set out in this clause.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions offered on the topan33 platform unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses are available to one eligible account per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Any attempt to claim a bonus multiple times through related accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount and are specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• The maximum permitted bet while using bonus funds is RM 250 per round or hand, unless the promotion specifies otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in voiding of the bonus and any derived winnings.
• Bonuses have an expiry period, typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of credit, as stated in the promotion. Unmet wagering requirements at the expiry date will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Game contribution rates toward wagering requirements vary: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and sports bets may contribute between 10% and 50%. Specific contribution rates are listed in the promotion terms.
• Sticky bonuses are non-withdrawable — only net winnings generated from wagering may be withdrawn after meeting the requirements. Non-sticky bonuses are deducted from the balance at withdrawal.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus-derived winnings may be capped at a specified amount, stated in the individual promotion terms.

All games available on the topan33 platform operate using certified random number generators (RNG) that have been independently audited and approved by recognised testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG, and topan33 does not manipulate outcomes in its favour beyond the published house edge or Return to Player (RTP) percentages.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or interrupted connectivity during a game session:

• Bets that were not fully confirmed and recorded by the platform's server prior to the interruption are considered void and the staked amount will be refunded.
• Bets that were confirmed by the server but for which results were not displayed to the player due to a connection issue will be settled according to the actual recorded game outcome.
• Topan33 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses claimed to result from technical failures outside of its reasonable control, including internet service provider outages on the user's end.

For sports betting, all markets are governed by the standard sports betting rules applicable to each sport and event type. In cases of match postponement, abandonment, or rule changes, topan33 will apply standard industry settlement procedures, which will be published in the sportsbook rules section of the platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the topan33 platform. Violation of any of these provisions constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment instruments, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the platform.
• Money Laundering: Using the topan33 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities, or to layer transactions for the purpose of concealing the origin of funds.
• Multi-Accounting: Operating more than one registered account on the platform, whether under your own name or any alias, for any purpose.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players during live dealer games, poker, or any multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or the platform.
• Software Exploits: Using bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any third-party software to interact with the platform in a manner that simulates human play or exploits platform vulnerabilities.
• Chargeback Abuse: Initiating payment disputes or chargebacks with your bank or payment provider in bad faith, particularly after wagering has occurred using the disputed funds.
• Harassment: Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive communications toward topan33 staff, support agents, or other users.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts, platform administration systems, or backend infrastructure.

Topan33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to satisfy identity verification or KYC requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A legal or regulatory obligation requiring topan33 to restrict account access.
• Account inactivity exceding 12 consecutive months, subject to applicable dormancy policies.

Upon account termination for breach, topan33 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining bonus funds and, where fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, to withold real money balances pending investigation and legal advice. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to user misconduct, any verified real money balance will be returned to the user via their registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

Users may also close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any remaining real money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed as a standard withdrawal subject to applicable KYC and withdrawal conditions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the platform without express written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the platform's content or software.
• Use any automated scraping, crawling, or data extraction tools on the platform.
• Use the topan33 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of topan33's intellectual property may constitute an infringement of copyright, trademark, or other applicable law, and may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, topan33 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gambling winnings arising from technical malfunctions, connectivity issues, or server outages outside of topan33's reasonable control.
• Loss of data, account access, or account balances resulting from unauthorised third-party access due to the user's failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Any financial loss arising from wagering decisions made by the user on the platform.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment service providers, banking institutions, or blockchain network congestion.
• Changes in cryptocurrency valuations between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, topan33's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim shall not exceed the value of the real money funds held in that user's account at the time the claim arises.

Topan33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material — meaning they affect user rights, financial obligations, or platform access conditions in a significant way — topan33 will provide reasonable prior notice via the platform or registered email address before changes take effect.

Non-material amendments, including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, and changes required for legal compliance, may take effect immediately without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised each time changes are made.

Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which topan33 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute between you and topan33 relating to your account, a game outcome, a payment transaction, or the application of these Terms, you should contact topan33 customer support in the first instance. Topan33 is committed to resolving disputes promptly, fairly, and transparently.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with support, the matter may be escalated to topan33's licensed dispute resolution process as specified under its operating licence. Users retain the right to seek any available legal remedies under laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.
